Digital Borescope - Dual lens, 1080P resolution

Have bats in a crack, bat house, wall, or other hard-to-reach place? A digital borescope can slip between baffles in a bat house to provide full color, up close views of bats. The camera end is waterproof, features low wide-angle distortion, huge depth of field, and contains onboard white LED lights for illumination. Twin cameras provide a "front" and "side" view simultaneously, perfect for probing potential bat roosts. 

A 16.5' semi-rigid cable connects to a lithium-ion battery that may last up to 4 hours. The battery end contains a dimmer switch for the LEDs and a WIFI transmitter that creates it's own hotspot. Connect to the camera hotspot with your iOS or Android device's WIFI and you can view the live stream at a smooth 30 frames per second, take snapshots, or record video.

Because the LED lights are white, this tool is appropriate for active inspections, not for leaving in a roost for long periods of time as the illumination may deter bats.

• Wireless WIFI inspection camera works with Android devices (Android 7+), as well as iPhone IOS system (iOS 9.0+). Does not record to a Mac/PC.
• Wireless hotspot can be detected by your smart device an additional 50' or more from the transmitter, so no worries attaching the camera to a pole and going higher than 16.5'.
• The end of the 16.5' cable is transmitter. As long as the transmitter remains outside the crevice, you will pick up it's signal 50' or more. (We got well over 50' indoors thru walls in a wood frame house, so expect longer transmission in the open.)

Pro Tips:

Place your smartphone on a tripod to keep hands free to maneuver the camera.

The front facing camera allows for easy inserting into crevices, while the second camera is viewing 90°.

Stack two borescopes together to view two directions (up and down, typically) simultaneously. (Either use two smart devices or switch WIFI signals on one smart device to view the second camera.)

This is a great application to repurpose an old iPhone/iPad for.

Repeated disturbance such as a camera probe entering a roost may cause bats to abandon a roost. For intermittent use only (do not move a probe on a regular basis, set it once and refrain from moving it.)
